Support Hours

Standard support hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (US Pacific Time), excluding US federal holidays. Messages received outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Response Commitments

  • Email and contact-form messages: response within 1 business day.
  • Billing and account-access issues: prioritized same-business-day handling whenever possible.
  • Course-content questions: reviewed and routed to the appropriate instructor or curriculum lead.
