Each student account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, redistribute course materials, or use the platform on behalf of another person. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
4. Code of Conduct
Students agree to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow students. Harassment, fraud, plagiarism, cheating on examinations, or any unlawful conduct may result in dismissal from the program with no refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, downloads, branded templates, and software training materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Ross & Associates Tax Academy. Students receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for personal educational purposes during the term of an active enrollment or membership.
