Our Position
Ross & Associates Tax Academy provides immediate access to digital educational programs, downloadable resources, lesson content, training systems, and member portals. Because of the nature of digital and instantly accessible educational products, Ross & Associates Tax Academy does not generally offer refunds on memberships, course access, downloadable materials, or training systems once access has been granted.
Try Before You Buy — Free Starter Access
To make sure every prospective student has the opportunity to explore the academy before committing to a paid program, we offer a free starter membership tier as well as free training resources. We strongly encourage all prospective students to explore the free tier and review the course catalog and membership details before purchasing.
Subscription Cancellation
Recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time through your student dashboard via the Manage subscription portal. Once cancelled, your membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period and will not renew thereafter. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for the current or prior periods.
Limited Exception Review
In rare and exceptional circumstances — such as duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or unauthorized transactions — refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Ross & Associates Tax Academy. To submit a request, contact our team within 7 days of the original charge with order details and a description of the issue.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of your academy account, including loss of access to courses, certificates, and member resources. We ask that you reach out to us first so we can resolve any concern professionally.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are non-refundable once activated, but remain fully accessible through the end of the paid term even after cancellation.
